Field Hockey season is open for players entering KINDERGARTEN - 6TH GRADE that reside in UXBRIDGE or attend Uxbridge Public Schools and/or Our Lady of the Valley.
Please read the following UYFH Information carefully:
Uxbridge Youth Field Hockey is part of the Commonwealth Field Hockey League. Teams will practice 1 or 2 times a week and also have 1 game a week, depending on the division and/or game schedule. Games will be played at McCloskey Grass Field, Uxbridge High School Turf, and area towns.
Registration Fee:
- Kindergarten Academy $60 per player
- MiniSticks/Sticklettes $85 per player
- Juniors $100 per player

Division Age / Grade Schedule
Kindergarten Academy (Entering Kindergarten): Practice Saturdays @ McCloskey - time TBD
Mini Sticks (1st and 2nd grade): Practice @ McCloskey Field 1 time per week, Games Saturdays - TBD
Sticklettes (3rd and 4th grade): Practice @ McCloskey Field 1 time per week, Games Saturdays -TBD
Juniors (5th and 6th grade): Practice @ McCloskey Field 2 times per week, Games Saturdays -TBD
All divisions focus on skill development while teaching the rules and FUNdamentals of the game of field hockey. UYFH partners with the Commonwealth League. Travel to away games should not exceed 1 hour. UYFH plays with area towns such as: Bellingham, Franklin, Mendon, Walpole, Holliston, North Attleboro, Dover-Sherborn and others who are joining the league.
Players will be placed according to their grade level.
Equipment/Gear Needed: FIELD HOCKEY STICK, CLEATS/SNEAKERS, SHINGUARDS, MOUTHGUARD, BLACK SKORT, WATER BOTTLE
UNIFORM JERSEY: Families will be responsible for purchasing a jersey through our online store.Shipping times can vary so please order early to ensure arrival before the first week of games. If you purchased a jersey last year and it still fits your player you can reuse it. If you have a jersey to donate back to UYFH let us know, as I’m sure a family would love to have it.

July 1, 2026 | All registration closes - late fee applies to all registrations after this date. UYFH cannot guarantee team availability after this date. |

Week of August 17, 2026 | Grade 1-6 practices |
Saturday August 29, 2026 | Kindergarten Academy first practice, First Games Grade 1-6 |
